TEHRAN (defapress)- Abdel Bari Atwan, the editor-in-chief of Rai al-Youm newspaper, said the Syria president's invitation to the recent tripartite summit of the Iranian, Turkish and Russian leaders in Ankara has started new equations in the Syrian file and increased the chances of Damascus to join the triangle.
