Azeri President Aliyev arrives in Tehran

Upon his arrival at Mehrabad airport, Aliyev was warmly welcomed by Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Masoud Karbasian.

The trilateral meeting which is scheduled to be held this evening aims to reinforce joint cooperation.

Maintaining cooperation to finalize railway and road infrastructures in the framework of North-South corridor and following up agreements on transit fields are among the most important topics to be discussed by both sides.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is also slated to arrive Tehran today to attend the trilateral meeting.
