Afghan official:
Tehran acts responsibly towards Kabul
TEHRAN(defapress)– Afghan Foreign Ministry’s Spokesman Sibghat Ahmadi said on Thursday that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always acted against Kabul responsibly.
'We are sure that the Iranian government as a very good and reliable friend encounters with Afghan refugees responsibly,' he said.
After Deputy Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi’s remarks in Iran’s TV about Afghan refugees, elements linked to western states in Kabul are trying to provoke public opinion against Iran, but Afghan officials did not fall into their trap.
Former Afghan envoy to the UN Mahmoud Seiqal said that Iran-Afghanistan ties are far deeper than those with others.
