Leader dusting off Imam Reza Shrine to prepare for Muharram

As every year, Ayatollah Khamenei took part in the ritual on Saturday which also saw some senior Shia clerics and different hosts of people in attendance.

The ceremony is held every year at the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (as) as a preparation for the mourning month of Muharram. It involves dusting off the sacred grave of Imam Reza (as).
