Iranian and Syrian Foreign Ministers meet

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Syria's new Foreign Minister Bassam Al-Sabbagh, who is traveling to Tehran at the head of a delegation, met and held consultations with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi this morning (Tuesday).

Discussions on bilateral issues and the most important regional issues are among the main areas of consultation between the two sides.

The foreign ministers of the two countries will attend a joint press conference after closed-door consultations.
