Martyrs Nasrallah and Safi al-Din Are Symbols of Honorable Resistance Against Occupation and Aggression

TEHRAN (Defapress) -Esmail Baghaei, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on X about the funeral procession of the martyrs Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah and Seyyed Hashem Safieddin, the martyred Secretaries-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon: "Those who exchange the fleeting life of this world for the eternal abode of the hereafter must fight in the way of God, and whoever fights in the way of God and is killed or achieves victory over the enemy, We will surely grant him a great reward."

He added: Today, free people across the world and the West Asia region stand alongside Muslims and the noble people of Lebanon to pay tribute to the 2 great martyrs, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah and Seyyed Hashem Safi al-Din, who spent their entire lives in the pursuit of the ideals of humanity and human dignity and stood firm against occupation and oppression.

Baghaei stated: These 2 great figures are symbols of honorable Resistance against occupation and aggression and support for the legitimate struggle of the Palestinian people to achieve their right to self-determination and dignified life.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted: They are now immortal; every Muslim, and indeed every free person, will forever remember these 2 sincere heroes and praise them for their steadfastness, courage, and sacrifice in supporting their fellow human beings and Muslim brothers and sisters in occupied Palestine, as well as for their patriotism and love for their homeland. May God's blessings be upon them.
