We Have Not Had Any Negotiations with the Americans in the Recent Period

TEHRAN (Defapress) - At a press conference with outlets, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said that we have not had any negotiations with the Americans in the recent period.

He added: "Given the increase and intensity of the US and Zionist regime's attacks on Iran, our focus is on defending the country's sovereignty."

Regarding the Zionist regime's attack on journalists, he said: "Yesterday we witnessed an attack on the Al-Arabi Network office. The day before, there was an attack in Lebanon and journalists from Al-Mayadeen and Al-Manar were martyred. There is a long list of journalists who were martyred in the past three years. It seems that the Zionist regime specifically considers the news sector to be its enemy. However, international treaties on the protection of journalists are clear and any attack on journalists is considered a war crime. Even though, the regime does not take action and targets many journalists.
