Trump Is Struggling to Negotiate with Iran Behind the Scenes

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Al-Mayadeen Network, citing a regional diplomatic source, announced that pressure from influential circles in Washington’s decision-making process on Trump to end Iran’s regional war has increased.

The source said that the pressure has become more serious with the strange military defeat in Isfahan, Iran, and the images that recorded the event in an embarrassing way for Trump and his successive threats.

He added that Trump’s anxious and consecutive tweets today, along with his lack of public presence, appear to American and international circles allied with Washington as a cover for military defeats in Isfahan and other cases.

The regional diplomatic source told Al-Mayadeen that Tehran was informed today that Trump is looking for a way out of the war, while at the same time continuing his media threats.

He stated: “Our information is reliable that Trump is in a dilemma regarding the F-15 fighter jet and its missing pilot, and that he is behind the scenes offering negotiations with Tehran that include concessions to Iran.”
