Omani Foreign Minister to Visit Tehran

Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, will visit Tehran tomorrow.

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei announced the visit of Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, to Tehran in an interview with reporters.

According to the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Al-Busaidi's visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, and the Omani Foreign Minister is scheduled to meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi during this visit and discuss bilateral and regional issues.

The Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that this visit is aimed at strengthening Iran-Oman bilateral cooperation and continuing political consultations between the two sides, as two countries bordering the Strait of Hormuz, to help strengthen peace and security in the region.
