TEHRAN () – Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his country’s concern over situations in Idleb, indicating that the Turkey doesn’t implement all of its commitments according to Sochi agreement on Idleb meanwhile the Russian bodies are working on implementing this agreement soonest possible.
