Syrian Soldiers Continue to March on Terrorists' Positions in Eastern Damascus
The army men, backed up by the army's artillery and missile
units' fire, clashed fiercely with Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the
Levant Liberation Board) along the road connecting Ein Terma region to Jobar.
The army units advanced against terrorists in Jobar and captured several buildings East of the Sports club after hours of clashes.
The Al-Nusra suffered heavy casualties in the clashes.
Local sources said on Monday that the army soldiers continued to push towards areas South of al-Manasher Roundabout, inflicting heavy damage on Faylaq al-Rahman as they attempt to link their positions to areas under the control of their comrades near Ein Terma.
The army men, meantime, made steady progress in Jobar, capturing several buildings after hours of bloody battle with the militants, the sources further added.
