Pakistani media widely covers President Rouhani’s reaction to Trump’s anti-Iran speechDaily ‘Express Tribune’ reported that the Iranian President has said that his country will remain committed to a multinational nuclear deal as long as it serves the country’s national interests.

"Responding to US President Donald Trump’s speech in which he said he would not continue to certify the multinational agreement, Rouhani said in a live television address that it was full of fake accusations against Iranians, it said.

"The Iranian nation has not and will never bow to any foreign pressure…Iran and the deal are stronger than ever … Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps will continue its fight against regional terrorists,” Rouhani said.

Another daily ‘Dawn’ said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has lashed out at his US counterpart saying he was opposing the whole world by trying to abandon the landmark nuclear agreement.

"It will be absolutely clear which is the lawless government. It will be clear which country is respected by the nations of the world and global public opinion,” he added.

‘Pakistan Today’ newspaper reported that President Hassan Rouhani has said that Trump’s decision to decertify the deal would isolate the United States as other signatories of the accord remained committed to it.

"The deal was not renegotiable and Iranian nation has not and will never bow to any foreign pressure,” said Rouhani.

Geo Tv channel said President Hassan Rouhani in a strong reaction to Donald Trump’s decision not to certify the 2015 accord said Iran will abandon its nuclear agreement with world powers if it failed to serve the country’s national interests.

"No president can revoke an international deal. ... Iran will continue to honour its commitments under the deal,” Rouhani said in a live television address, saying Trump’s speech had nothing new but "fake accusations and insults” against Iranians.

Dunya Tv in its headline said Iranian President said the US is more than ever isolated in its opposition to the nuclear deal.

'Today the United States is more than ever isolated in its opposition to the nuclear deal and in its plots against the Iranian people,' President Hassan Rouhani. 'What was heard today was nothing but the repetition of baseless accusations and swear words that they have repeated for years,' he said.

'Apparently he doesn’t know that this agreement is not a bilateral agreement solely between Iran and the United States.'

Sach Tv channel said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says US President Donald Trump’s speech against the Islamic Republic was nothing more than insults and delirious talk.

"Trump’s remarks on Iran…contained nothing but expletives and a pile of delusional allegations against the Iranian nation,” Rouhani said in a televised speech moments after Trump delivered a speech outlining US strategy on the Islamic Republic.

Radio Pakistan said that Responding to Trump, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that Tehran was committed to the deal and accused Trump of making baseless accusations.

It said meanwhile, European allies have warned of a split with the United States over the nuclear agreement.
