Syrian Army Keeps Rolling on Terrorist Centers in Depth of Eastern Ghouta

The army men stormed terrorists' strongholds in Eastern Ghouta Southwest of al-Shifouniyeh settlement and took back control of al-Ab (Ab Douma) Farms after a daily-based ceasefire in the region ended on Saturday night.

Also, field sources in Eastern Ghouta reported that the army has advanced in militant-held regions near the small towns of al-Ash'ari, Mesraba and Beit Sawa, adding that the terrorists' supply line from Douma to al-Shifouniyeh has militarily been cut off.

The army men captured the key town of Otaya in the Southern part of Eastern Ghouta earlier this morning.    

In a relevant development on Saturday the Syrian military helicopters threw thousands of leaflets over the villages and towns in Eastern Ghouta to inform civilians willing to leave the area about the safe corridor designated for evacuating civilians through al-Wafideen Camp.

A military source said that the leaflets included the steps that the people should adopt to reach the corridor safely so that they could be transported to a temporary housing center in al-Dweer in Damascus Countryside.

The source added that the helicopters are throwing leaflets on daily basis over Ghouta villages and towns to make sure they reach all civilians.
