Velayati arrives in Syria

(Tehran)Defapress: The senior adviser to the Supreme Leader of Iran in international affairs Ali Akbar Velayati arrived in Syria’s capital Damascus on Tuesday morning to participate in the International Islamic Unity Conference.

In addition to participation in this conference, Mr. Velayati will also meet with a number of Syrian officials including President Bashar al-Assad.
