Spokesman: Iran Not in Need of Netanyahu's TEHRAN (Defapress)- In a video address published on his official YouTube channel, Netanyahu announced that Israel has created a special website in Farsi dedicated to projects related to water resources management, water conservation and other issues such as irrigation for the Iranians to learn from it.

Qassemi blasted his remarks on Monday, calling Netanyahu a "deceitful showman" whose comments should not be taken seriously.

"It is not the first time that he makes such remarks. He had better stop massacre of the Palestinian people and crimes which are committed every day," he added.

Qassemi underlined that the Iranian people and government are capable enough to resolve their problems and "they do not need such magic tricks".

He added that Netanyahu's "childish behavior" can be the result of his failure to attract support of the three European countries for the US withdrawal from the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran.

Netanyahu failed to prise German Chancellor Angela Merkel away from supporting the Iran nuclear deal as he embarked on a three-country tour of Europe aimed at burying the agreement.

Hosting her Israeli counterpart in Berlin, Merkel said Germany supported Israel’s right to security, but resisted Netanyahu’s insistence that tearing up the non-proliferation deal was the best way to achieve this.

Netanyahu was hoping to get Germany, France and Britain to soften support for the joint comprehensive plan of action, from 2015, under which Iran agreed to dramatically reduce its nuclear activities in return for sanctions relief, but he failed.
