Al-Qassam, Al-Quds Brigades accept the responsibility for the Tel Aviv explosion

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, and the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, claimed responsibility for the martyrdom operation in Tel Aviv on Sunday. 

In a joint statement, the Resistance factions said martyrdom operations in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories will return to the forefront so long as the occupation's massacres, displacement of civilians, and assassinations are ongoing.

Such martyrdom operations had not been employed by the Palestinian Resistance for years.

The announcement comes after occupation police and the Shin Bet said the explosion in Tel Aviv was an attack carried out by the Palestinian Resistance, in which an improvised explosive device was detonated.
