The m60 tank moves at the edge of technology

TEHRAN (Defapress) - General Heydari, the army ground forces commander said that the m60 tank has several features that have been updated. 

He continued that the m60 tank has reactive armor, stabilizers, a highly optimized cannon, an engine with high maneuverability, and a variety of far-sighted cameras that leave no gap for the operator, and with the ability to maneuver day and night, can engage with the enemy in the dark. 

The fire control system, coaxial gun, and commander machine gun are among the optimized firepower of this tank. It has a new command turret, storage boxes, laser detection, infrared jamming system, smoke grenade, smart fire alarm and extinguishing system, telecommunication system, dealing system with modern war, starter, power supply system, driver's dashboard, pipe cover, and heating system are among other optimized data-x-items of this tank.  

The army ground forces commander reminded that the m60 tank is equal to the current tanks in the world in terms of armor protection and armor capabilities, and is at the edge of technology.
