We firmly support the Syrian government and army against terrorists

TEHRAN (Defapress) - On the sidelines of the Navy Day ceremony and in an interview with reporters, Seyyed Abbas Araqchi stated: Today I am leaving for Damascus to carry the message of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Syrian government; we firmly support the Syrian army and government.

He continued that we do not make any difference between the Zionist regime and the Takfiri terrorists and we believe that after the Zionist regime's failure, the enemy is trying to implement its sinister goals through these terrorist groups to insecure the region.

Araqchi added: The Syrian army will once again be victorious over these terrorist groups as in the past.
