TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, Israel's Channel 12 reported, citing sources close to Netanyahu, that he has declared his readiness to reach a prisoner exchange agreement more than ever.
Based on this channel, the main remaining disagreement in this case is the number of prisoners to be exchanged within the framework of this agreement.
On the other hand, the Hebrew newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, quoted an Israeli official who asked not to be named as saying: "Significant progress has been made in the Gaza negotiations."
The Zionist official claimed that it is expected that an agreement in Gaza will be reached within a few weeks.
The Israeli official added that the heads of the Mossad and Shin Bet have informed Netanyahu's cabinet that Hamas is ready to sign an agreement.
This is while the streets of the occupied territories were once again the scene of protests against Netanyahu, with hundreds of protesters demanding the dissolution of the government and the signing of a prisoner exchange agreement with the resistance in Gaza.
On the other hand, Abu Obeida, spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, also announced that the Israeli army had recently bombed the place where some Israeli prisoners were being held and had even attacked again several times to ensure the destruction of the place.
Abu Obeida placed full responsibility for the incident on Netanyahu, the Zionist government, and the army, saying that they were the main cause of the deaths of the Israeli prisoners.
