Zionist Regime Must Completely Withdraw from Lebanon

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Sheikh Naeem Qassem, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, in a speech in February 2025 during the commemoration of the martyred commanders, stated: The Islamic Revolution of Iran is a model of real life.

It is worth mentioning that Hezbollah in Lebanon commemorates the martyred commanders, including the Master of Martyrs of the Resistance, Seyyed Abbas Musawi, the Sheikh of Martyrs of the Resistance, Sheikh Ragheb Harb, and the great jihadist commander, Hajj Imad Mughniyeh (Hajj Radwan), on February 16 each year.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem also described the martyr, Sheikh Ragheb Harb, saying that he was not afraid of the occupying enemy. He refused to shake hands with the enemy.

He described the martyr Seyyed Abbas Musawi as a model for the fighters and said: The martyr Abbas Musawi had a strong character, and the Resistance made significant progress during the time of Martyr Musawi.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem also added about the martyr Imad Mughniyeh: Faith-based activity was at the forefront of this resistance martyr's approach. Martyr Mughniyeh had a significant impact on jihadist activities.

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon emphasized that the path of the martyred commanders was the path of Resistance.

Trump wants to destroy the Palestinian cause

Sheikh Naeem Qassem further described the positions of Donald Trump, regarding the Palestinian issue as very dangerous and noted that Trump is trying to destroy the Palestinian cause at the political level.

He added that Trump's plans (regarding Palestine) are fantasies and cannot be implemented.

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, stating that the American project is a danger to Arab and Islamic countries, said: International silence during the recent war was an encouragement for America.

He added: Trump wants to confront not only the Palestinians but the entire region.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem emphasized that we strongly reject and condemn any displacement of Palestinians to any location. Everyone must support the Palestinian people in every way possible.

He said: We are ready to cooperate with everyone to prevent the displacement of Palestinians.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem further noted the political situation in Lebanon: Two Shiite groups supported the election of the President. We will support the formation of a cabinet, as it is a constitutionally based action.

The Zionist regime must completely withdraw from Lebanon

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon added: The Zionist regime must completely withdraw from the soil of Lebanon by the specified deadline. The Lebanese government is responsible for efforts to force the withdrawal of the occupying enemy.

He said, "The government must reconstruct southern Lebanon. It is the government's responsibility to repair the damages caused by the attacks of the occupying enemy."

Preventing Iranian planes from landing is unjustifiable

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon added: Preventing Iranian planes from landing at Beirut Airport is unjustifiable. The Lebanese government should not implement Israeli orders.

He emphasized that to preserve Lebanon's sovereignty, the flights of Iranian planes must resume.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem's invitation for widespread participation in the funeral of the Master of Martyrs of the Resistance

Sheikh Naeem Qassem further added about the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah: Everyone must express their sorrow and loyalty to the Master of Martyrs of the Resistance.

He called on everyone to participate in the funeral of the Master of Martyrs of the Resistance.
