Tel Aviv's Move to Help Gaza Is Political
A UN official described the Israeli regime's intention to allow humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip as political.
TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food stressed that the areas in the Gaza Strip where the Israeli regime has proposed distributing food aid are political, not humanitarian.
He added that the Israeli regime is carrying out ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip and has kept more than 2 million Palestinians in the besieged region under severe hunger and famine.
The UN official stated that the Gaza Strip needs at least a thousand trucks to enter the strip daily. This is while the Israeli regime only allowed nine trucks to enter the Gaza Strip during the past day.
