Ghalibaf Extends Condolences to Pakistan After Devastating Floods
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf extended his condolences to the Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly and the Pakistani people following the devastating floods that resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.
In a message to Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly, Ghalibaf expressed deep sorrow over the disaster: "The catastrophic floods in parts of our brotherly nation, Pakistan, particularly in the Buner region, have caused significant loss of life and injuries, bringing profound grief to the people of Iran."
He added, "On behalf of the Iranian Parliament, its representatives, and the Iranian people, I offer our heartfelt condolences. We stand ready to provide relief and medical aid and pray to the Almighty for the swift recovery of the injured and divine mercy for those who lost their lives."
