Plunder of Oil Resources Is the Only Reason for the US Aggression Against Venezuela

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to RT Arabic, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, stated: The kidnapping of the Venezuelan President by the US has nothing to do with drug trafficking, but only with oil, and American officials have publicly admitted this.

In response to Trump's words that the US will take over the administration of Venezuela, he added that the US cannot govern Venezuela from a distance.

Medvedev added that the US may intend to repeat its operation against the Kiev regime.

He added that the US actions against Venezuela were illegal, but at the same time, they are carried out in line with Washington's usual policies of dominating the resources of other countries. This issue is also reflected in Ukraine's scarce mineral resources.
