Israelis Rush to Buy Wartime Insurance

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Hebrew business newspaper Globus announced in its Monday issue that Israelis are apparently more worried than any other side about the outbreak of war in the region, and this is clearly evident from the statistics and figures of insurance policies registered for home furnishings during the war.

According to the outlet, more than 8088 home furnishings insurance policies have been issued since the beginning of 2026, 1708 of which were issued in the last week.

According to this insurance policy, which is proposed by the Tax Administration, in the event of a loss, the relevant institutions will pay up to one million shekels in damages to the injured party.

According to Globus, 77,120 people received damages in the 2025 war (the 12-day imposed war).
