Keeping Enriched Uranium in Iran is Equivalent to a Complete Failure for the US
TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Hebrew media, i24 and The Times of Israel, quoted an Israeli military source saying that if the enriched uranium reserves are not removed from Iranian soil, the war will turn into a “complete failure.” According to the official, if the goal related to Iran’s nuclear program is not achieved, all the measures taken by the Zionist regime against Iran will be in vain.

He noted: “If the nuclear goal is not achieved, everything we have done in Iran will be a complete failure. In that case, the Iranian government can quickly return to its nuclear program.”
The senior Israeli military official stressed that Iran’s uranium reserves are a strategic issue that could change the balance of power in the region. Iran currently has about 400 kilograms of 60 percent enriched uranium, which could enable the production of 11 nuclear weapons.
The Israeli military official supported a diplomatic solution to remove enriched uranium from Iranian soil.
He claimed: “If the uranium is removed from Iran through political means, we will consider our mission accomplished.” The Israeli military official warned that if the negotiations fail, Israel may resume military operations against Iran to achieve its goals.
However, negotiations between Washington and Tehran remain deadlocked.
The American media outlet Axios, citing an informed source, announced that the White House has asked Iran not to transfer enriched uranium from bombed sites during the negotiations, nor to resume its nuclear activities.
