We Will Continue to Mediate in the Region

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, Pakistani army chief Asim Munir stated: Islamabad is playing the role of an impartial mediator in West Asia to achieve lasting peace.

He added that Pakistan is making every effort to ensure the success of this mediation and will continue on this path.

Earlier, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had emphasized that Islamabad remains firmly committed to supporting all efforts that promote restraint and peaceful resolution of conflicts through dialogue and diplomacy
