TEHRAN (Defapress) - Shaykh al-Kaabi released a statement on Monday evening addressing the ongoing regional developments.

The enemy fears direct confrontation

The text of his statement is as follows:

A reflection on the heinous crimes of the Zionist regime and the United States in the Gaza Strip and now Lebanon, especially the massacre of children and civilians, reminds us of the tragedies of Karbala.

It seems as if the Yazids of our time are emulating every detail of that calamity to design their own savage and evil acts.

The enemies began this unfair and unjust war to martyr the faithful and struggling companions of Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah with their prowling warplanes from a distance.

Nevertheless, Sayyid Hasan remained steadfast, continuing on his path without retreating, hesitating, or considering any form of compromise.

Then, at the height of their cowardice, the enemy continued its aggression and unjustly martyred this descendant of the Prophet [Muhammad] (s) along with his close companions, including Haj Abbas, Haj Abul-Fadhl, and Haj Jihad.

Nasrallah and his noble companions exhibited patience, and ultimately, they were martyred on the path of supporting the faith, keeping the flame of Resistance alive, and in pursuit of avenging the pure blood of Imam al-Husayn (a) — an act of retribution that will grow globally until the blessed appearance of the Awaited Saviour (aj).

The cowardly and despicable enemy, well aware of its inability to face the brave warriors in direct combat and incapable of confronting the descendants of the conquerors of Khaybar, resorts to betrayal and deception.

But it will not be long before the criminal murderers face the consequences of their actions.
