The Return of Residents is the Greatest Sign of the Zionist Regime's Defeat

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Husam Badran, a member of the political bureau of the Palestinian Hamas movement, stated in remarks regarding the return of Palestinian displaced persons to their areas in the northern Gaza Strip: Today, all efforts by the Zionist occupation regime and its criminal leaders, headed by Benjamin Netanyahu and Itamar Ben Gvir, to displace our noble people in the Gaza Strip have failed. 

Husam Badran added: Today, the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip have proven that they will never be defeated and will not abandon their sacred land. Our people, despite all the calamities, destruction, bloodshed, and great sacrifices, have remained steadfast to their land and rejected any displacement outside their homeland.

This Hamas official emphasized: We have a great, resilient, and steadfast nation that stands against all the crimes, oppression, and arrogance of the Zionist occupiers and their supporters. We swear to God that we are aware of the extent of the crimes and genocide that the enemy has committed against our people in this war. We tell our people that we are from you, and you are from us, and we will remain together.

He stressed: Today, we must remember our martyrs, prisoners, and wounded, foremost among them our martyred leaders and commanders, Martyr Ismail Haniyeh, Martyr Saleh al-Arouri, and Martyr Yahya Sinwar. We once again prove to the world that no matter how much Palestinians sacrifice, they will never leave their homeland.

Husam Badran also addressed the issue of the release of Palestinian prisoners as part of a prisoner exchange with the Zionist regime, saying: Today, we welcome the prisoners released from the prisons of the occupation regime, and we see the joy of our people after this victory, achieved through the resistance and steadfastness of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

He further stated: The images of Palestinians returning to northern Gaza are the greatest headline of the defeat and retreat of the occupation regime.

The Gaza government's information office announced in a statement early today: So far, more than 300,000 displaced Palestinians from the southern and central provinces have returned to Gaza and the northern provinces via Al-Rashid and Salah al-Din roads. Despite the severe cold, the nightly movement of Palestinian displaced persons through Al-Rashid Street towards the northern Gaza Strip continues.
