Gaza Martyr Toll Rises to 52,243

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Palestine Today, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip issued a statement announcing the latest figures on the number of martyrs and wounded in the Israeli army's attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7 last year.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, 52,243 people have been martyred as a result of the Israeli army's attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7 last year.

The Palestinian medical institution also stated that the total number of wounded in the Israeli army's attacks on the Gaza Strip since the start of the war in the Strip has reached 117,639.

The ministry announced that the bodies of 51 martyrs have also been transferred to hospitals in the past 24 hours. 115 people have also been injured during this period.

Also, since March 18, 2025, in the new wave of attacks on Gaza, 2,151 people have been killed and 5,598 injured.

Thousands of others are still missing and trapped in the Gaza Strip.
