TEHRAN (Defapress) - Munir Al-Bursh, the Director-General of Health Affairs in the Gaza Strip, announced the discovery of explosive toys and dolls left by the Israeli army in residential areas and ruins of Gaza; an action that, according to him, shows a new face of the continuing genocidal war against the people of this region.

Al-Bursh wrote in a post on his Facebook page: "Bombs in the shape of dolls! The occupying army has left behind not only destroyed houses, but also time bombs in the hands of children."
The Director-General of Health Affairs in the Gaza Strip, pointing to the remains of unexploded rockets and bombs in the alleys and among the rubble, added: “It is as if these weapons continue their mission of killing after the soldiers have left. Every day, the dismembered bodies, severed limbs, and discolored faces of children are brought to hospitals, simply because of their curiosity and childish innocence.”
He warned that the most dangerous threat is toys designed in the shape of birds, bears, or dolls, which attract children.
“When a child reaches for a ‘beautiful toy,’ the terrible truth explodes: an army that claims to be moral has planted death in the heart of a child,” said Al-Bursh.
“In Gaza today, war does not kill only with bullets, but with innocence,” added the Director-General of Health Affairs in the Gaza Strip. When play turns to death and laughter turns to screaming, the child realizes that the world that has remained silent on this crime is complicit in the crime.”
He also criticized the Israeli regime’s continued trickle-down policy in sending humanitarian aid to Gaza, saying: “Since the ceasefire began, only about 60 trucks of medicine and medical equipment have entered Gaza, covering only 10 percent of the needs.”
Al-Bursh added: “In total, only 24 percent of the needed aid and about 10 percent of the fuel have arrived. This indicates a targeted policy by the occupying regime to continue pressuring the people of Gaza, while famine continues.”
