End of the Activity of the Death Trap Supported by the US and Israel in Gaza

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to the regional newspaper Rai al-Youm, the AFP news agency announced that the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation", which is supported by the US and the Zionist regime, announced the end of its activities in the Gaza Strip on Monday.

In a statement released on Monday night, the institute announced: The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation is pleased to announce today that it has completed its emergency mission in Gaza.

The statement continued by claiming that the institute's activities were successful, as it provided more than 187 million free meals directly to civilians living in the Gaza Strip.

The organization added: This measure, within the framework of an unprecedented humanitarian operation, enabled Palestinian families to access this food aid, so that this aid could reach them safely and without Hamas or any other group obtaining it.

According to the report, after Israel imposed strict restrictions on the activities of international organizations, this non-governmental organization supported by the US and the Zionist regime was tasked in May with delivering food aid to Gaza residents; however, UN experts and relief and humanitarian organizations criticized the organization's performance.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, hundreds of Palestinians were targeted by Israeli forces and martyred while trying to receive aid from distribution centers affiliated with this organization. It was also reported that a number of them were injured in the process.

A group of UN special rapporteurs also called for the dissolution of the institution in August.

Following the dissolution of the institution, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) also welcomed the end of the activities of the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" in a statement, calling it an inhumane institution and considering its end as a worthy step for such an organization.

Hamas announced that the institution itself collapsed after the moral collapse of the genocide plan, engineering hunger, and partnership with the Zionist occupiers.
