TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Masirah, the protesters chanted slogans and emphasized that Somalia is a united and indivisible country and that any attempt to impose a new political reality through illegal recognitions will be met with opposition from the people and the government.

Participants in the rally announced that the recent move by the Zionist regime is considered a clear interference in Somalia’s internal affairs and is in line with foreign plans to destabilize security and peace in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea region.
The demonstrators also called on the Somali federal government to take a firm stance against this move and to prevent any attempt to divide Somali territory in the political, diplomatic, and legal spheres.
They also called on the international community and regional institutions to respect Somalia's sovereignty and reject any unilateral recognitions that are contrary to international laws and resolutions.
Somali media reported that these protests reflect a broad popular consensus against separatist plans and that Somali public opinion considers any presence or influence of the Zionist regime in the country a direct threat to national and regional security.
These developments occur at a time when regional positions against any attack on Somalia's unity are increasing, and experts have warned about the dangerous consequences of the Zionist regime's actions in the Horn of Africa; consequences that could affect regional stability and the security of international shipping in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
