TEHRAN (Defapress) - Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty emphasized in an interview with Al Jazeera that Israel is obstructing the implementation of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

He stated: Israel has not yet withdrawn from the Gaza Strip, and the administration of the Strip has not been handed over to the Palestinian National Committee. We are also witnessing obstructions in the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip in light of the unfavorable humanitarian situation and the sharp drop in temperature in the Strip.
Abdelatty emphasized: The peace plan presented regarding the Gaza Strip has 20 clauses that cannot be implemented selectively.
He said: The issue of Palestine will also be addressed during the African Union meeting, and a statement on Palestine is scheduled to be issued at this meeting. Regarding Somaliland, I must also say that preserving the territorial integrity of Somalia is important for the national security of African and Arab countries. We oppose any attempt to dismember Somalia.
Abdelatty is referring to the illegal action of the Zionist regime in recognizing Somaliland.
