US Tanker Hit in the Persian Gulf

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that the US-owned ship "Safe Sia" flying the Marshall Islands flag, as one of the assets of the US terrorist army, was hit in the northern Persian Gulf at dawn today after it disobeyed and ignored the warnings of the IRGC Navy.

Oil tankers and vessels operating in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz should know that this insecurity is the result of the US's cruel aggression in this region and to maintain their safety and security, they must act in accordance with the laws and regulations of passage in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz in war conditions declared by the Islamic Republic of Iran, to remain safe from being hit by stray projectiles.
