TEHRAN (Defapress) - General Alireza Sheikh, Executive Deputy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, speaking on the "Monavvar" program, emphasized that the rejection of coercion and bullying is the nature of the Iranian nation. He stated that the steadfastness and resistance of Iran's Armed Forces and people have grounded the enemy's most advanced technologies and equipment, disrupting the adversary's defensive equations.

According to the Army's Executive Deputy, within the defense doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran, war is not defined as a tool for domination or imposing one's will on others, but rather as a symbol of resistance, ethics, humanity, and defense against enemy aggression and excessive demands, even though different lenses viewing the battlefield capture varying dimensions of suffering, setbacks, victories, and epic heroism.

Analyzing the nation's strategy in facing threats and heavy technological offensives, he stressed that Iran's armed forces, utilizing a three-stage strategic model, managed to absorb the initial heavy strikes of the enemy in the shortest time possible, stabilize the situation through rapid reorganization, and subsequently deliver timely, retaliatory responses through the missile, drone, and air defense units of both the Army and the IRGC Aerospace Force to establish a balance of power.

In another part of his remarks, General Sheikh detailed field heroics by combatants, adding that soldiers which their service time were over, refused discharging during war conditions to remain on duty, the steadfast leadership of Martyr General Dana, Naval Drone Commander, at drone launchers, and the supreme sacrifice of Martyr General Zare using a shoulder-fired missile in the Mahyar Plain to draw enemy focus toward himself exemplify unparalleled acts of self-sacrifice on the battlefield.

The Executive Deputy of the Army concluded by describing the presence and resilience of citizens in major cities, particularly Tehran, amid engagements and impacts as a vital component of the country's defensive capability, emphasizing that the people's self-belief and comprehensive support served as the primary backbone for the front lines in neutralizing enemy maneuvers.
