Araghchi's Explanation About the Islamabad Talks
In a message explaining the Islamabad talks, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasized that Iran entered into negotiations with the United States in good faith to end the war.
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, wrote on his account on X: In intensive talks at highest level in 47 years, Iran engaged with U.S in good faith to end war.
He added: But when just inches away from "Islamabad MoU", we encountered maximalism, shifting goalposts, and blockade.
Araghchi stated: Good will begets good will. Enmity begets enmity," - Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister.
