Photo exhibition "Tehran: Frontline of Resistance" Opened at Tehran Municipality Building
TEHRAN (Defapress) - The opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "Tehran: Frontline of Resistance" was held on Monday, June 9, 2026, at the Tehran Municipality Building with the presence of a group of officials, artists, and outlets.
Mehdi Chamran, Chairman of the Islamic Council of Tehran, Amir Fereydoun Karani, Deputy Chairman of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense and Resistance Values, Brigadier General Sohrab Ali Shamkhani, Deputy Chairman of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Ali Asghar Jafari, Deputy Chairman of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense and Resistance Values, Nasser Abu Sharif, Representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Iran, and Hossein Jaberi Ansari, CEO of IRNA News Agency, were present at the ceremony.
In this event, which was organized by the Defapress and in cooperation with the City Hall and the Communications Center of Tehran Municipality, a collection of images related to the efforts of rescue groups, the magnificent presence of the people in the funeral of the martyrs of the Ramadan War, the effects of the crimes of the American-Zionist regime, and manifestations of the resistance and perseverance of the people of Tehran have been exhibited.
The exhibition "Tehran: Front Line of Resistance", which is part of the efforts of the photographers of Defapress, Meqdad Madadi, Seyyed Shahabuddin Vajedi, Mohsen Baghestani, and Zeinab Babamoradi during the days of the Third Imposed War, will be open to interested parties from June 9 to 15, every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the "Tehran Municipality Building" located in Imam Khomeini Square in Tehran.
