Our Military Power Is Endogenous

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Brigadier General Hassan Hassanzadeh, Commander of the Corps of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Greater Tehran, in an interview with the Defapress correspondent describing the preparedness of the Armed Forces and the latest developments in the region, stated: "By the grace of the Almighty, today we stand in a position where, compared to the past, especially before the 12-Day Imposed War, we have gained invaluable experience facing the American and Zionist enemy."

Brigadier General Hassanzadeh continued: "The world witnessed the spectacle of two so-called global nuclear powers brought to their knees before the will of the Iranian nation and the country's military and defense deterrent power."

Referring to the multiple components of Iran's national power, the Commander of the Corps of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Greater Tehran noted: "One of these components is the power of public support. This support is unparalleled; for nearly 200 nights, our nation has taken to the streets and squares to support the system, the Guardianship (Vilayat), and the Armed Forces. This is one of our most precious components of power."

Citing domestically produced equipment as the second component of power, he added: "Our equipment is self-reliant; our military power is indigenous and endogenous, depending on nowhere. For this reason, contrary to the enemy's assumption that targeting certain military centers would halt us, we continuously carry out our work in producing missiles, drones, and many other military assets."

Brigadier General Hassanzadeh identified "leadership" as a vital component of national power and emphasized: "In the 12-Day and Ramadan Imposed War, with the martyrdom of our martyred Leader and the succession of our brave leader, the world realized the centrality, impact, and decisive standing of the leadership, the Vali-e Faqih, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. One of our power components is our system model, governance, and statecraft—the model of the Wilayati system, Islamic government, and the Islamic Republic."

The Commander of the Corps of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Greater Tehran continued: "The world was astounded that when the leadership of the system, the Commander-in-Chief, and senior commanders were martyred, how this system was so meticulously organized that it lost no cohesion. Not only did it endure, but during the most critical juncture since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, it drove back the enemy and brought them to their knees."

Highlighting the valuable lessons drawn from the Imposed Wars, he said: "The power of the US and the Zionist regime is in decline. On the other hand, we have gained significant experience, fully mastered the enemy's vulnerabilities, and doubled down on our own strengths and capabilities. As the martyred Lieutenant Generals Pakpour and Salami used to emphasize, we have focused our strengths directly on the enemy’s weaknesses, and praise be to God, this is a strategy that yields results."

Brigadier General Hassanzadeh stressed: "Our power, as an endogenous force, is continuously advancing and developing day by day, reflecting our definitive resolve to confront, resist, and, if necessary, launch an offensive to put the enemy back in their place."

The Commander of the Corps of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Greater Tehran declared: "The world witnessed that the US, previously considered invincible, is, in fact, vulnerable. In this war, we exposed the enemy's weaknesses to the world, and their strategic hardware, once deemed unrivaled, has lost its effectiveness when pitted against the power of the Islamic Republic."

Reiterating that public backing and popular presence across all challenging arenas of the Islamic Revolution remain crucial pillars of strength, he added: "Now is the time for the world, especially the US and the Zionist regime, to once again realize the immense power of our people, particularly in an organized capacity to confront, resist, and stand firm against the enemy."

Addressing the upcoming "Jan-Fada" (Self-Sacrificers) exercise, Brigadier General Hassanzadeh announced: "On September 18, the largest organized popular maneuver will take place in Tehran, the capital of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic. The official organized contingent consists of 313,000 personnel, yet all our beloved citizens and people around the world can attend. With God's grace, we will witness a glorious display of power in Tehran on September 18."

Noting that citizens from all walks of life, men, women, children, toddlers, youth, and adolescents, will participate in the exercise, the Commander of the Corps of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Greater Tehran remarked: "The world will once again bear witness to the grandeur, cohesion, unity, solidarity, organizational capacity, and popular mobilization power on September 18."

He concluded: "Registrations across various demographics have exceeded initial expectations, and requests continue to come in. We hope to organize all these dear compatriots within this framework and present a formidable demonstration of authority, serving as a declaration of readiness by Iran’s devoted armies."
