TEHRAN (defapress)- Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Seyed Abbas Araqchi said that the EU-Iran payment vehicle INSTEX will at the beginning stages serve only to cover trade of medicine, food and medical devices, but will later be expanded to cover all sanctioned goods.
