Tension, Infighting among Terrorists Intensify in Northwestern Syria

The reports said that the Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board) kidnapped and executed Former Commander of Jund al-Malahem Ahmad al-Jazar that had recently defected the Al-Nusra in the village of Abdita in Jabal al-Zawiyeh in Southern Idlib.

In the meantime, a group of Al-Nusra members stormed the command center of a battalion affiliated to Saraqi Brigade-Free Army terrorist group and stole weapons and vehicles in the centers in Southeastern Idlib.

Dissident-affiliated websites reported on Saturday that Al-Nusra stormed the positions of Faylaq al-Rahman in the town of Harbnoush in Northern Idlib, exchanging heavy fire.

The websites went on to say that Al-Nusra dispatched more fighters and military equipment to Harbnoush.

In the meantime, other sources said that Al-Nusra attacked warehouses of Faylaq in Harbnoush, adding that the Al-Nusra is planning to impose control over the positions and command centers of the so-called Free Idlib Province Council.
