TEHRAN (Defapress)- SANA reported that the fifth group of terrorists that rejected peace with the army left Yalda, Bebeila and Beit Saham region along with their family members towards Northern Syria.
The news agency quoted the head of Reconciliation Committee in Yalda as reporting that 6,760 terrorists that rejected the army's peace offer left Yalda, Bebeila and Beit Saham along with their family members, adding that almost 5,000 of the leaving militants left for Northeastern Aleppo and over 1,750 more left for Idlib province.
Terrorists' presence in the three regions in Southern Damascus will soon end as their expulsion is completing.
On Monday, the army troops stormed ISIL's positions in the Southern part of Damascus province, imposing control over more key points.
The army soldiers, backed up by the artillery and missile units, engaged in tough battle with ISIL Northwest of Yarmouk Camp and captured several more buildings.
Also, other units of the army drove ISIL out of several buildings, including the Computer High School and Shafei Mosque Northwest of Hajar al-Aswad region.
In the meantime, the army aircraft conducted a heavy strike on the positions of ISIL's remaining pockets in Hajar al-Aswad and Yarmouk, inflicting major losses on the terrorists.
