Wonders of the 12-Day Imposed War Astonished the World

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Eminence Seyed Esmaeil Khatib, the Minister of Intelligence, in an interview with Defapress correspondent, congratulated Journalists’ Day and offered condolences for the martyrdom of Fereshteh Bagheri, the martyred correspondent of Defapress, as well as other media martyrs, stating: Journalists strive to be the voice of truth and justice.

The Eminence Khatib further pointed to the wonders of the historic 12-day Sacred Defense, saying: The defeat of the Zionist regime and the U.S. was one of these wonders, as Iran’s armed forces delivered a strong blow to the Zionist regime and America, nullifying their false claims.

The Minister of Intelligence cited the unprecedented unity of the people as another wonder of the 12-day Sacred Defense, adding: The enemy had plotted to overthrow the Islamic system, but the people’s unity and their support for the system thwarted the enemy’s conspiracies.

The Eminence Khatib stated: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, with his wise and courageous leadership, as well as his judicious appointments and decisions, guided the war in such a way that the world acknowledged Iran’s power.

He described lasting domestic security as another achievement of the 12-day Sacred Defense, stating: Despite the enemy’s aggression, the country remained in complete peace, which was the result of the efforts of the Ministry of Intelligence Forces, as well as security, military, law enforcement, and judicial agencies.

The Minister of Intelligence said: Throughout this war, the President, the government, and all institutions served the people tirelessly, remained actively present, and managed the challenges effectively.

The Eminence Khatib emphasized Iran’s media victory in this war, stating: For the first time, global public opinion became aware, and over 100 countries condemned the Zionist regime’s aggression. This was another achievement of the 12-day Sacred Defense.

The Minister of Intelligence further addressed the enemy’s psychological warfare and the resistance of revolutionary media, saying: The Zionists tried moment by moment to shape the narrative with fake news, but the resistance of journalists and national media reversed the outcome. The attack on IRIB not only failed to silence the national media and journalists but made the voice of Iran even more global.

Referring to the efforts of various national institutions, the Minister of Intelligence stated: We hope that through the valuable efforts of the diplomatic apparatus, they can contribute to the country’s stability.

The Minister of Intelligence explained: The allies of the Zionist regime sought territorial incursion during the war and attempted some attacks, but they failed to achieve anything. We also witnessed the dispatch of terrorists and their transfer toward Iran; the Zionist regime, global hegemony, and European countries are responsible for these incidents.

Referring to the offensive actions of the Ministry of Intelligence, he said: As mentioned in the Ministry’s statement, several offensive operations were carried out by the Ministry of Intelligence inside the Zionist regime, a regime that considered its security an iron fortress, and this illusion was shattered.
