Hamas Warning on Netanyahu's role on Collapsing the Gaza Ceasefire

TEHRAN (Defapress) – One of Hamas leaders, Mohammed Nazal, warned on Monday about the collapse of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.

Nazal stated that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, is continuing to obstruct the ceasefire process and prevent it from moving to the next stage. He claimed that Netanyahu is seeking to destroy the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

Al-Mayadeen network quoted him as saying: "Netanyahu is trying to destroy the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and ignite the region to divert attention from internal crises in Israel."

The Hamas official noted that the establishment of a committee composed of technocrats to govern the Gaza Strip has faced doubts and considerations from Tel Aviv and the Palestinian Authority.

Nazal also added: "We have submitted a list of 40 names to the Egyptian authorities for selection and membership in the technocratic committee to govern the Gaza Strip."
