Lebanon Should Be Included in the Iran-US Ceasefire Agreement

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper stated: "Lebanon's name should be included in the ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran."

According to this report, Cooper continued to add that we are willing to extend the ceasefire agreement to include Lebanon.

She also warned in a speech: "The escalation of tensions by Israel in Lebanon yesterday was very devastating."

In another part of her speech, while the Islamic Republic of Iran has emphasized that it will continue to receive compensation for passing through the Strait of Hormuz to compensate for the damage caused by the aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime, the UK Foreign Minister claimed that transit through the Strait of Hormuz should be free.

The British Foreign Secretary's remarks come at a time when the Australian Prime Minister, in response to the continued Israeli attacks on Lebanon and the violation of the ceasefire, said: "We believe that the ceasefire should also apply to Lebanon."
