Israeli Army Completely Closes the Rafah Crossing

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Anadolu, the Palestinian Border and Crossings Authority in Gaza announced in a short statement on Sunday night that, following the complete closure of the Rafah crossing by the Israeli regime, sending patients for treatment will be stopped from Monday.

The statement did not mention the reasons for the closure of the Rafah crossing, and the Israeli army has not commented on the matter.

This is not the first time that the Israeli regime has closed the Rafah crossing, and it has previously closed this crossing for weeks on several occasions, increasing the suffering of the sick and wounded Palestinians.

On February 2, the Israeli regime reopened the Rafah crossing, which it had occupied since May 2024, in a very limited manner.
