The Yemeni Armed Forces announced in an official statement that they will impose a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia in accordance with the principle of "blockade against blockade."

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Yemeni Armed Forces announced in an official statement that they will impose a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia in accordance with the equation of "blockade against blockade," and this decision will be implemented from the moment the statement is issued.

Yemeni Naval Blockade Against Saudi Arabia Begins

In the statement released today, the Yemeni Armed Forces, referring to the continuation of the cruel Saudi blockade on Yemen for nearly 12 years, emphasized that this blockade lacks any legal and humanitarian legitimacy and that the Yemeni people have the right to confront it with all available means.

The Yemeni Armed Forces also announced their full readiness for any scenario and warned that any escalation of measures by Saudi Arabia will be met with a decisive and comprehensive response. They called on the Yemeni people to maintain general mobilization and full readiness to support the fronts.
