We Will Not Put Up with the American Occupation in Iraq
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Sheikh Nazim Al-Saidi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Nujaba Movement, made the following statements regarding the current issues in Iraq:
The real and main enemy of our nation is the American occupiers and the Zionists and their mercenaries in the region.
As history and media archives testify, even before the issuance of the blessed fatwa and from the very first moments of the attack by the criminal gangs, the Islamic Resistance Movement of Nujaba heroically stood alongside the security forces as an impenetrable barrier on the walls of Baghdad and its surrounding areas.
Today, in the face of increasing sedition from the followers of the occupiers, we clearly emphasize that their illusions of igniting a civil conflict will not come true. The security forces from the Ministries of Defense and Interior, the Counter-Terrorism Service, the Popular Mobilization Forces and other security institutions are our religious-patriotic brothers and blood comrades.
The weapons of the Nobility Movement are aimed exclusively at the American occupiers. This sacred and legitimate weapon, recognized by all previous and current governments, will never be used against the brothers.
We have been steadfast guardians of the governments; now we will not allow even a drop of Muslim blood to be shed; from now on, we will continue to be the unquestionable protectors and supporters of the homeland.
The Nujaba Movement has had a flawless record from its inception to this day and has never had any problems with the heroic security forces or any other national party. Our pact with our military brothers will never be broken, and we will not enter into any disputes in the future.
In conclusion, we renew our pledge to the honorable nation and all security forces that national security and the sanctity of the blood of the children of Iraq are the red line.
To those who are trying to ignite the fire of sedition, we say: Your illusions will be smashed and crushed against the rock of public awareness and the unity of the security forces. In our united ranks, you will find nothing but an impenetrable barrier and a single compass: the defeat of the occupier and the preservation of national sovereignty.
