TEHRAN (Defapress) -  The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has warned of the consequences of any new military adventures by the United States, announcing the potential deployment of modern, previously unrevealed weaponry in the event of an escalating conflict, while detailing a 25-page letter addressed to the American public and declaring policies of siege and sanctions against Iran a guaranteed failure. Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, IRGC Spokesperson and Deputy Head of Public Relations, highlighted the decline of U.S. hegemony and what he characterized as a 25-year false narrative surrounding Iran's nuclear program, emphasizing that the American public must be informed of the staggering costs and warmongering policies of their government.

In the core section of the news conference, the IRGC spokesperson detailed the rationale and content of the open letter to the American public, describing it as a well-reasoned and illuminating text intended for honest dialogue between two nations. Raising critical questions regarding Washington's multi-billion-dollar expenditures in regional wars and the United States' unprecedented national debt, he noted that U.S. policymakers have prioritized the interests of the Israeli regime over the welfare and security of their own citizens, keeping the American public uninformed about Middle Eastern realities, a dynamic he suggested could ultimately impact public awareness and electoral calculations within the U.S.

Addressing defense capabilities, the spokesperson issued a stern warning that if the nature of the conflict changes or if enemies launch new aggression, Iran's armed forces will shift the battle equations by deploying advanced, entirely new weaponry that will dismantle all adversary calculations. He argued that the U.S. military presence in the region acts as a primary source of instability rather than a guarantor of security, identifying the shatter of invincibility claims, the inability to protect allies, and a collapse in moral standing as three key indicators marking the end of American dominance in the Middle East.

Finally, emphasizing Iran's policy of good neighborliness and welcoming regional security initiatives such as the Mecca Pact, the IRGC spokesperson clarified that strikes on certain bases in neighboring countries stemmed solely from hostile U.S. troop movements stationed there. Firmly rejecting any claims of official or unofficial communication with the United States, he stressed that the IRGC does not engage in diplomatic spheres, keeping its entire focus dedicated to preserving national deterrence, defending territorial integrity, and delivering a decisive response to any military threat.
