TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to RT Arabic, the northern borders of Lebanon have witnessed the widespread movement of Syrian citizens towards the country's territory, specifically the Akkar border area, for several days.
Thousands of Syrian citizens, fleeing the country's coastal areas in the shadow of the brutal killing of civilians by elements of the Jolani regime, are approaching the Lebanese borders.
Lebanese MP Saji Atiyeh referred to this issue and said: "We are witnessing large waves of Syrian refugees on the northern borders between Lebanon and Syria."
He emphasized: "Thousands of Syrians have arrived in Akkar from 6 Alawite villages, with dozens of people living in one house. The number of Syrian refugees has reached 10,000 in one day."
Atiyeh added: "The Zionist regime has bombed legal crossings between Lebanon and Syria, and currently there is no legal crossing between these 2 countries."
