Only 6 Health Centers of UNRWA Are Operational in Gaza

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has reported that just 6 of its 22 health centers in the Gaza Strip remain operational due to "constant bombardment."

In a statement on X, UNRWA noted that while 37 emergency medical points are active, vital supplies of medicine and equipment are critically low.

The agency urgently called for "unhindered access to deliver lifesaving aid, including medicines and essential medical supplies."

This comes as Israel has enforced a complete blockade on food and humanitarian aid entering Gaza since March 2.
